Founded in 2003, Radio Activity is a dynamic and flexible engineering company, specialised in the design of radio devices and applications. The Kairos repeater platform is one of the most compact, capable and flexible professional base stations available.
Multimode
KAIROS supports a number of digital trunking solutions, from single-site to multi-site simulcast or multicast systems. Analogue, DMR Tier II, Tier III and P25 are supported.
IP & RF Linking
Connecting Kairos repeaters in a multi-site system couldn’t be simpler because Kairos repeaters include IP linking as standard. When IP network isn’t available,
Kairos can also be RF-linked making this product ideal for
long or challenging link paths.
Tunnel & In- building coverage
To synchronise several radio base stations in a tunnel, or underground, no GPS is needed: a simple and good IP connection (such as a LAN system, with a large bandwidth/high data-rate) is enough.

Diversity
Diversity is a signal reception
technique based on the vectorial treatment of two
or more incoming signals. It strongly enhances the received range by removing fade holes and other multipath issues.
Alerting & Paging Systems
This is a special simulcast application network used for POCSAG or analog alerting purposes. The same network can manage both DMR/analog and paging communications.
